Yes, we formulate products to align with customers' goals. Whether it's a customer's personal banned ingredient list or a stores list we can help you.

The majority of our clients rely on us to create custom formulations tailored to their specific needs. This often includes reverse engineering existing products to meet updated claims or requirements. While a smaller number of clients provide their own pre-existing formulas, our expertise in formulation development is what drives long-term partnerships. We specialize in helping build and grow brands, with many well-established clients turning to us for innovative formulations and the creation of their brand’s hero products.

The product development process typically takes less than three months for a finalized formula. It generally takes about two weeks to create and ship a sample for your review. While some clients approve the first sample, others may require additional revisions. On average, it takes approximately three sample iterations before a formula is approved and ready for mass production.

We provide a comprehensive range of pricing options designed to support your business’s growth. Our pricing is adaptable and based on your brand’s specific needs and goals. Whether you're aiming for an affordable product to be featured in Walmart or a premium line for Sephora, we can customize the costs to suit your objectives. Please reach out to us for more details on pricing solutions tailored to your business.

The sample phase requires a $1,800 retainer, which covers the creation of custom product samples. We will work with you to adjust the samples until you are fully satisfied. If you decide not to proceed with an order, the $1,800 will be retained to cover lab time. However, if you choose to move forward with production, the retainer will be credited toward your final order.

Yes, we are a full turnkey facility that manages every aspect of your project. We source ingredients globally from carefully vetted vendors and test each ingredient upon arrival at our facility to ensure safety and compliance. While certain ingredients may require longer lead times, we provide guidance to help navigate this process. Our strong purchasing power also allows us to reduce raw material costs for our clients, delivering both quality and cost-efficiency.

We take pride in being one of the most advanced turnkey skincare manufacturers, particularly in packaging solutions. Our offerings include custom bottles, tubes, jars, boxes, mailers, and booklets, all designed to elevate your brand's marketing efforts and make a lasting impact.

Custom packaging provides a distinct element that enhances brand identity but typically requires a higher minimum order quantity (MOQ) of around 5,000 units and comes with a longer lead time. On the other hand, standard packaging is more cost-effective, has a shorter lead time, and generally requires a lower MOQ of 1,500 units.
